The benefits are pretty good.

Cons

Everything else. CEO is a jerk. The rules make work balance impossible. If you aren't Mormon you aren't moving up. The pay isn't enough for what we go through. They gaslight and lie to us.

I'm not going to waste your time with fluff

Cons

This CEO should not be in a position of power. EVER. Google James Clarke on YouTube and see if you can find his speech where he expects employees to sell their pets if that's what it takes for the company to succeed. The man is unhinged.

Benefits were alright after one year

Cons

Anyone above the role of an agent can (and does) just sit back and let the commission roll in without lifting a finger or doing any real work (coaching, developing, etc...) Most of the coaches just chill in the break room, and on more than one occasion they've been busted making fun of the very reps making them money. This trend is not limited to one department or even one site; the culture seems to encourage this.
