      Management changing compensation structure After the first several months if you work hard and perform well it starts feeling like you are doing the same thing every day.

      Pros

      Good part time work for college kids. Pretty flexible if you do well. Very casual dress code. They are constantly looking for more people.

      Cons

      High turn over. Success really depends on what team you get on and if you learn how to close deals. Very sales oriented.

      Working Here Was A Mistake

      Working here was a nightmare. The people were fine until you actually had to work with them. The politics of this place were unbelievable. My various bosses constantly contradicted each other on policies and on the work. I was expected to execute strategies set by the CFO (why was he setting strategies?), and the timeline for getting anything done was outrageous. I've never worked at such a slow place. I constantly received emails from my bosses --many who had little experience with my work-- expecting me to work when I was on vacation or in the dead of night. Yes, they have vacation days, but shame on you if you take one. Working here made me hate my life.
