Pros

There is lots of money to be made. They have fun spoofs and take their employees to fun places to earn extra cash.

Cons

Don't be fooled by the 5 Star reviews in a row (on the same date). Clearlink has all of their recruiting team and management go on here and put reviews up. All I can say is I've seen a lot of shady things take place at this company. If I was looking for a job, I would stay clear of this company. HR needs to be retrained. It's crazy that people are allowed to say the F word on the call floor. Especially management. If you like working for people who are stuck acting like a bunch of high schoolers, you'll love this place. Totally unprofessional.

Pros

Good coworkers Some good managers Decent medical benefits Free golf, free skiing Team activities Breakroom snacks, Foosball, video games Average 401K benefit Healthy lifestyle encouragement Community involvement opportunities Lax dress code Plenty of free time to do as you please Flexible work/life balance

Cons

feedback is non existent, seems like it's done through gossip rather than a straight forward meeting. The company is well below its profit benchmarks The work layout can be distracting It's more for the younger workers, once you hit 30-40 years old, you're either already in a top position or you're quarantined here. You'll get minimal feedback on how you're doing, but they do have you sit down with a manager every quarter for you to evaluate yourself for yourself while they take meaningless notes.
