Pros

Clearlink was a great company, who truly cared for it's employees and well being. Great bonuses and incentives.

Cons

It used to be a local business but was recently bought out by Sky communications. They had changed the pay scale, spiffs and attendance policies for worse in order to sell to them. The turn over rate rose dramatically and now feels like you're just a number rather than family.

Pros

Inbound sales make life a whole lot easier for salesman. Company culture is better than most places. Work space and environment is comfortable. Reasonable room for growth.

Cons

Lots of changes so get used to it. Pay feels a bit low for the industry, but having sales be inbound seems to be a fair trade. Location can be a pain for some.
