      Pros

      Great flexibility. Especially for students. Many positions available with the company.

      Cons

      Low pay, location is not great. Not many options for lunch. Terrible cell phone service. Not enough personal days, and restrictions on what days personal days can be used. You will lose money on commissions for sales you made if u fail to assume sales on unnecessary products.

      Pros

      Incentives, prizes and salary can be great. Autonomy to do the job how you want to do it (as long as the performance outcome exceeds expectations)

      Cons

      High stress, tons of anxiety. Never full comfortable. Always feel like my job is at risk, even when performing beyond expectations. Usually, because Sr. Management doesn't have great communication regarding expectations and how to get there. Lack of accountability on Sr management. Tons of backstabbing and most people have more than one face....

      Pros

      Everyone is super upbeat and positive, they remember your name, you are not just a sheep here! I was nervous to work at a call center thinking I would dread going to work everyday, but not here, I love my job!

      Cons

      I cant think of any cons, honestly!
