Great place to work and is a very relaxed environment. Inbound sales only with no outbound calls, customer service, or tech support. Some reviewers talk about a new adherence policy and talk like it is hard to hit, but in reality agents are only expected to work ~75% of the time. I have had no issues hitting adherence as I like to make money and stay on the phones. On top of everything, everyone is incentivized to come to work and perform. There is always some sort of incentive for electronics, cash, vacations, etc. If you want to make money, this is the place to be.
