I Love My Job!

Pros

As an entry level agent, you have a multitude of opportunities to develop and grow (and make some pretty good money while you are at it!) Lots of opportunities for advancement, whether it be in sales management, operations, marketing, analytics, etc. Plenty of perks i.e. free insurance, trips, major prizes, and did I mention money? Amazing work environment where your co-workers eventually become almost like your extended family.

Cons

If you aren't self motivated and don't have high expectations, this job does have the potential to be very difficult.

I have now been at Clearlink for over 5 years and can't imagine working anywhere else. The support they have shown me to grow and develop my professional career is outstanding. I'm not a number, I'm a person that they care about professionally and personally. I love my job!!!
