This is a great job if you can handle sales. The ambiance of the place is upbeat and exciting most days it's enjoyable to be at in my experience that's difficult to say with most employer's. The management is great there are few are far between problems with them they are willing to help you learn and let you be no micro management here. Pay is great!!!! overall 10 out of 10 for an entry level position.

comparatively there is nothing that could be considered a con versus other employment.

Clearklink has a great atmosphere that makes coming to work fun and enjoyable. There is also a high potential of making good money.

Cons

Clearlink is fairly flexible with working on school schedules and personal time, but could also improve in this area.

Pros

I Loved working here. I went to Clearlink only for a part time Job while I was in school, but ended up working full time because of how much money I was making. This was a great stepping stone for my career in Sales. Best call center I've worked in, by far. I felt like I always had a voice when I had a concern.

Cons

The company seems a little unorganized maybe because they have gotten really big really fast. It wasn't too bad most of the time.
