      Pros

      The commission structure is decent. Tuition reimbursement. You should be able to pay for all of college if you don't mind working here for 4 years.

      Cons

      It is very hard to get time off. It is almost impossible to get Saturday's off. Everyday is stressful. The supervisors will tell you to do one thing and the compliance will till you to do another thing. They have a write up for everything. Their point system sucks, you can be the best salesperson in the office and still be fired for showing up 5 minutes late.

      Decent pay + commission. Promise of cool incentives.

      Cons

      Consistently changing pay structure. Require you to meet quotas and if you don't the first time you get written up.

      Pros

      Lots of freedom and flexibility. They have lots of shifts that allow you to work with any type of schedule. Always relazed and fun. NO DRESSCODE except obvious stuff.

      Cons

      I think it would be a little bit better if the parking situation was better. Maybe a better location rather than not being right next to the airport. Don;t try to get here any other way than by car because it is surrounded by private access roads should you decide you want to bike some day...
