      Pros

      get paid weekly. potential to earn commission and prizes. Decent training that is paid.

      Cons

      Lacking the ability to alter schedule or take time off. Inconsistent software between computers. Computer hardware that is broken or missing. This is how you get paid. Performance reviews not given on regular basis. Feedback is generally negative when given. Inconsistent rules and procedures. Most benefits are given after a year, the average employee is three months. Little room for advancement.

      Pros

      Clearlink treats their employees really well. They have a laid-back atmosphere that allows employees to grow. They take a serious, vested interest in the success of their employees and are willing to invest in their potential.

      Cons

      Stats are very important. A bad day can cost you a full shift because you will get sent home early. Not a ton of flexibility with days off if the schedule is full.

      Pros

      They train well and its easy money...you're selling things that people need so they can't really say no to you. Not to mention great incentives.

      Cons

      A lot of micro-managing and you feel like someone is always looking over your shoulder. Its part of the job tho...sometimes you get a great supervisor who knows how to manage people.
