The micromanaging was horrific by the time I left. The reality is cable tv isn’t as attractive s as it once was. I performed well at clear link my first year and it was always “ you need to pitch this way” I’d implement it with an open mind and still get micro managed. I left because of a pay cut but I’ve worked in sales for years and no company was worse then clearlink.

Not the best when it comes to getting a bonus or raise. Won’t get any pay increases unless there is open positions for promotion.
