      -Steady paycheck -Solid insurance benefits

      Cons

      -Egotistical CEO -No office perks or culture (no stocked kitchen, no activities, no paid lunches, very little camaraderie amongst teammates) -Forced in-office requirement if you live within 55 miles (!) of the office -Policing when you come and go in the office -2010's marketing strategies (that no longer work) -Strict vacation limits -Working from home is actively frowned upon -No regular raises -Very limited opportunity for promotions

      Pros

      Although Clealrink isn’t perfect , they fix there errors , have a wonderful benefit structure and are very good people to work with . Great coaches and good organizations. Working is fun and easy. Leads are most the time very decent .

      Cons

      No time form October to December ( also a benefit ) . Trying to figure out the complex time off system . Yet you get paid and personal time off .
