Pros

Good work environment, pays well if you perform. Overall still grateful for clearlink but the commission structure was very flawed towards the end.

Cons

The micromanaging was horrific by the time I left. The reality is cable tv isn’t as attractive s as it once was. I performed well at clear link my first year and it was always “ you need to pitch this way” I’d implement it with an open mind and still get micro managed. I left because of a pay cut but I’ve worked in sales for years and no company was worse then clearlink.

some of the coaches were nice...

Cons

Poor pay structure, ever changing commissions, poor lead quality, managers change, no sales culture in the company- freely allowed agents to poach from other company agents, inability to accurately follow federal guidelines, overly complicated system to utilize paid time off or take time off, poor leadership

Good people, they make work enjoyable, and they do care about you personally.

Cons

After over 10 years I couldn't have been more stuck in my career and have grown more in the last 2 years since being laid off then I did the ENTIRE time I worked at Clearlink. Out of high school type of job, not for building a career in sales I promise you that.
