Pros
Before I joined Clearlink, I saw all of the negative reviews, the negative comments, and the negative press, but I decided to give it a chance and join anyway, because I loved what I saw, heard, and experienced in the interview process. And I'm so glad I took a chance, because I love it here. - I love my teammates and my manager. - There are awesome growth opportunities here - I've met people who have been here for 5, 10, and 15+ years, because they love the company so much, and have been given opportunities to grow and invest in themselves here. I've also met people who were able to transition industries, because our managers here encourage career growth and opportunity. - I love the company culture, and I mean it - I used to be fully remote at a previous company, and I've flourished since going back into office at Clearlink. Though I'm an introvert, being around people most of the week has been so good for my mental and social health. Especially people who are making an effort to provide an amazing workplace experience! - The CEO is always walking around the office, talking to everyone, and he's so friendly and attentive. He's the first CEO I've regularly interacted with, and felt seen by. It's not perfect here by any means, but it's not nearly as bad as the ratings and reviews make it out to be. If you have a positive interview experience, I'd recommend giving Clearlink a chance.
Cons
- Standard compensation and benefits - not competitive. - Corporate employees are expected to be onsite, in-office; not much flexibility for remote work.
