A Place Where Hard Work is Rewarded
Pros
Admittedly, 2019 was somewhat of a rebuilding year for Clearlink, but it has lead to a lot of positive outcomes. Some people who were detracting from the company have left, inefficiencies have been identified and improved, and culture is on the upswing with more focus than ever on improving the employee experience at Clearlink. New leadership is passionate about the success of the company as a whole, but always in relation to the success and happiness of its people. The only reason I’m leaving Clearlink after just over a year is because of a promotional opportunity with its parent company, and for that I have received nothing but encouragement and support. If that doesn’t define opportunity for growth, I’m not sure what does. I can honestly say the people I’ve worked with over the last year are some of the best, and genuinely care about me and one another. I’m proud to have played a small role at this company and am grateful for my experiences here. At Clearlink, I firmly believe you get out of it what you are willing to put in. If you are someone who works hard, cares about outcomes, has a positive outlook and is willing to adapt to change, you will find success at Clearlink.
Cons
If you're afraid of change or a fast-paced work environment, this is probably not the place for you.
