When I was hired they were remote-first, but then they changed their mind No pros now to share

Cons

CEO is awful, management is clueless Zero transparency or openness with employees UX maturity is low to nonexistent No vision, no plans Employees are treated poorly— publicly shamed (just Google “Clearlink CEO” and see the news stories for yourself from April 2023) Company has been a slow-motion implosion for months

Decent amount of autonomy and focus on DEI.

Cons

New ownership has no interest in DEI as they don't support flexible working or women with children working. The CEO has directly said that women with children should not be working as they are doing a disservice to their children and their employer.
