Leadership makes decisions like a full return to office & removal of one of the few perks (half-day Fridays) without any warning. No transparency in their decisions. When workers ask questions over Slack, they go ignored for days. Wouldn't recommend working here if you want leadership to keep the promises they make.

As many recent reviews have stated, we have recently been hit with a return-to-office mandate that has only provided us with 2-weeks turnaround. It had been disclosed to us on many occasions by all levels of executive leadership, that it would NEVER be a requirement to return/work in the office. Many people built their lives around those promises over the past three years and although I understand that sometimes changes are necessary, this situation has been handled awfully by our executive leadership. Not only was this EXTREME poor change management but also highly insensitive for many minority groups. As a single parent, WOC, I can't help but feel highly targeted in this change and as if they are trying to push more females out the door (as they are normally seen as primary caretakers in their households). I have felt undervalued and have lost all trust in our leadership team. Our executive leadership are the majority (white, caucasian, men), not only does this decision feel as though it is based on privilege, it disproportionately impacts various minority groups greatly (parents, neurodivergent). Unfortunately, this group is underrepresented, not only in leadership but in the company.
