Pros

Schedule is pretty flexible. Commission scale is also nice. If you're already good at sales, this job might be right for you.

Cons

As with any call center job, it can be monotonous and repetitive. Strict adherence to break/lunch schedule. Performance-based, so if you aren't doing well, you can be terminated.

Pros

Great place if you're entry level and have the drive to learn and grow (although you'll have to do a lot of the learning and growing on your own initiative/time). They give you a good amount of autonomy and flexibility in how you go about your job, and the benefits are fair.

Cons

Hard to advance, unless you're part of the good ole boy club, lack of accountability and dissenting views are discouraged. Management does a poor job of thanking you for your contribution, vacation policy is lacking, and pay tends to be low. Lots of smart and talented people, which unfortunately tend to leave.

Pros

The best thing about this organization is its commitment to provide truly committed employees with great benefits and their understanding of a need for a positive work-life balance. It is increasingly difficult in a corporate world to truly try to re-invest in employee happiness and while everything they try does not always bear fruit, the effort and dedication has always been there. That is a rare thing in this world. As with all businesses, the bottom line is the most important result but this is a place that genuinely tries to balance that fact with the needs of its employees.

Cons

This has been a very rapidly growing organization for a number of years and as in any growing business, the bigger it gets, the more corporate the environment becomes. While I truly believe the organizational management does their best to keep this a people oriented organization, pressures from investors and a board that is increasingly distant from the day to day operations of the businesses have put pressure on the organization to lean towards emphasizing profits over people on a day to day basis. My observation of the organization over the last year leads me to believe that the goal in the next 1-2 years is to sell to a larger entity so decisions in management are being made that will hopefully maximize short term revenue and profit margins at the expense of all the great people who have called CLEARLINK home for a long time and morale has suffered as a result. The funny thing is that this deteriorating culture has knocked this business down to a 9.7 from a 9.9 on a "great places to work" scale. For over 5 years this has been my home and my family. I dont know if there is a better way to share my appreciation for what CLEARLINK has meant to me as a person and employee that to leave and honest and real review for others to see. If you are looking to work here, its an organization of real people with the best of intentions who are trying to do their best in a complicated world and business environment. I will forever be grateful for the 5 years I was able to be a part of the CLEARLINK family
