      Need to Hire an Adequate Amount of Resources

      Pros

      Half day Fridays, good PTO, and the new building is awesome!

      Cons

      The company has continued to spread their resources thin and not replenish necessary positions in a timely manner like engineering, and design. They have made more and more people work across multiple teams which makes it hard to be successful. Key positions that drive traffic, like the Digital PR team and social team, do not have anywhere near the resources the would need to help all of the brands be successful. There also seems to be too much micro-managing at the top and not enough delegating which causes many delays in larger initiatives. Brand Nepotism is an issue as people from TPH are put into leadership positions without giving others opportunity to interview.

      Joanne, Galen, and a few other ones are cool and knowledgeable employees

      Cons

      Commission structure is terrible, after aep they take forever to pay your other %40 of your commission and if you leave they will not pay you the other %40 after aep, the calls are terrible, transfer agents are so focused on just getting the bene over to us that they don’t even get the bene before transferring, they give a lot of personal time that you just don’t get paid for

      Pros

      They offer the BEST training! Nice rewards during AEP.

      Cons

      1- They mislead your commission potential. 2- They allow misleading ads (bait ads / bait-switch). 3- Horrible leads 3- Short breaks 4- No break in between calls. Constant calls with no time to stretch, take a breather, etc… 5- Low pay ($19 an hour) 6- No balance for mental health. You get burnt out with the overwhelming incoming calls.
