      Pros

      There are some very sharp, talented people still working at the company. The Draper offices are impressive, and the client portfolio remains strong.

      Cons

      Executive leadership has failed to establish a clear, sustainable strategy, leaving the company’s future highly uncertain. Cost cutting is repeatedly handled through layoffs, which may temporarily improve margins but ultimately create a damaging cycle: remaining employees are overburdened, quality and performance decline, and leadership responds with yet another round of cuts. This approach has eroded both culture and stability. What was once a company with a strong culture and tremendous promise has become a shadow of its former self. Anyone considering joining should take the time to watch the CEO’s public interviews, they reveal a lot.
