      fun people and weekly pay

      Cons

      No paid holidays, 3 weeks of no work (unpaid) after AEP, low base pay, procedures are somewhat lengthy, can't keep your own clients. Commission structure not exactly exciting

      Team collaboration,Very supportive and positive work environment

      Cons

      Write ups are ridiculous and pathetic especially the non talk time write up for call avoidance which is not fair because if your non talk time goes above 20 within a week you get a write up and once you get to the final it's termination
