      Good place to jump-start a career in sales

      Pros

      This company had friendly leaders. Fun environment. Coaches did really well overall with giving clear feedback and they were very understanding.

      Cons

      Only had one coach I didn't like. Talked down to the team and didn't know how to give good advice about the job just yet. They were a pretty new coach though.

      Pros

      The people are amazing! Everyone is kind, respectful, and collaborative. The other major pros are the benefits, time-off policy, and strong operational policies and procedures in place.

      Cons

      No cons. I enjoyed working from the office prior to COVID so hoping for a hybrid working environment one day.

      - Above average compensation & benefits - Great culture and community - Down to earth coworkers - Leaders, not micro managers - Inclusive and diverse environment - Flexible schedule

      Cons

      - The perks from Fringe aren't accrued fast enough.
