      -Extremely smart and good people to work with -Product is the best in the market -You are a part of a disruptive technology -Fast growth - lots of opportunity -Learn all about valuable accounting and finance topics that will be applicable the rest of your life -The Clearwater culture -solving real problems for clients -some have stated that you have to be a part of an "inner circle" to succeed - I have not found that to be the case....all opportunity that I see is given to the best candidate, in almost all cases

      - unbelievable product - talented people - fast paced - tremendous growth - working in Boise - strong values and work life balance - strong focus on the client experience

      Cons

      - growing fast - lots of new changes - flat management structure - some will point to the benefits, i,e. healthcare - personally not an issue

      Pros

      The expectation from management is that you get your work done even if that means you are working more or less hours than you planned. Lots of freedom to get things done your own way, not micro-managed.

      There are none I can think of!
