      Pros

      None. They will under pay you and overwork you. Great for straight outta college for “experience” but just leverage it to leave later.

      Cons

      All. Long hours. No Bonus. No higher pay. Expect 5% raise a year AT MAX. For SDMs if you are not making 80k a year its not worth it. Seriously check your options before committing here. Its taboo to talk about pay or question leadership.
