      Good money, extremely good benefits

      Dangerous, loud, dirty, safety is an afterthought, management is unhelpful, company will do most anything for profits over people.

      Since they've purchased is from AK Steel, it's been a nice change. AK was a very bad company doing a lot of bad things!

      Cons

      It seems too soon to tell. While they are focused on making money and production, I'm not sure if they're focused on balancing the equation with keeping their employees satisfied.
