      Good pay Great benefits like 5 weeks vacation, bonuses, great health insurance Awesome employees

      The CEO does not seem to be a nice man. CEO puts union employees ahead of anyone else instead of remembering that we ALL are part of the same team and that our customers should be our #1 focus We can’t seem to shake the old steel mentality of, “the beatings shall continue until morale improves”.

      Toxic environment, abusive management on a power trip, completely disorganized benefits department, cold & sterile work environment, no flexibility. Also, they were heavily pushing the Covid vaccine when I started & heavily implying if you didn’t get it, you would eventually not have a job. My side effects from the vaccine I didn’t want almost obliterated my ability to work & I was fired within months. The side effects eventually passed, luckily, but I will never forget that a company forced me to get a barely vetted vaccine & fired me for having side effects, let alone the abuse I endured from management while trying to navigate a new position with such terrible side effects. The pay & benefits aren’t even that great - go elsewhere.
