Union negotiated pay and benefits! Many opportunities to make over $100k w/ 48hr average Best healthcare in the area, around $30/week for a family Cleveland Cliffs is a much better employer than the former ownership (AK Steel) Heavy union presence and representation

Cons

Growing pains from massive hiring trends last year, lots of new operators Swing shift can be a negative if you don't like it, I never minded it Dirty, hazardous, loud, hot work; but it's a steel mill, not a library
