The company has been adding lighting, safety features (i.e. railing, gates), and has been improving the overall appearance of their plants.

Cons

Hiring mostly outside individuals and not promoting within due to required Covid vaccinations. Paying large sums of money for individuals to be vaccinated. Considerable workload imbalances.
