Cons

Upper management rules by fear. You are constantly reminded that your replaceable at anytime. Upper management micro manages everything you/department do. Upper management will give anything to the union that it wants but won't have their own managers back. Toxic work environment.

I learned so much from Cliffs during my 2.5 years. I started my career in Cliffs straight from college and my mentor, my manager, all my teammates were amazing and supportive throughout the journey. The only reason why I had to leave the company was its policy to be on-site all weekdays.
