Pros

Cliffs is a great company to work for. Since they've bought Mittal they are fixing things that needed to be fixed. We've gotten bonuses raises and work a 4 on 4 off schedule. No complaints

Cons

Just the work environment. But that is what it is. If u can't stand heat or dirt or sweat then this not the place for u.

The majority of Management are Engineers, who may be very good engineers, but are terrible managers. Lack people and supervisory skills.
