I started here in September 2021. I was told the job takes 6-9 months to learn. My equipment took weeks to work, my training manager moved from one team to another so we switched midway, the training does not prepare you AT ALL for the accounts you are taking over. In January we worked from home for the month. I had fifteen accounts to take care of, and I was extremely overwhelmed as one of them wanted to have daily calls and there was extreme pressure from them that I had never experienced before. I reached out to both my team lead and my manager stated I needed help. I got a meeting invite for a Performance Review instead. Shortly after, I came down with Mono, due to the stress. The company would NOT take my doctors note, nor would they take my positive Mono test as proof I was ill. I got no rest for the week I was supposed to be recovering, as they wanted me to sign a form that would give them access to all of my medical records to prove I was sick. Since when is a emailed doctors note and a emailed positive test not enough. The performance review stated I was not handling my accounts correctly, and if I did not improve within six weeks, I would be fired. I reached out and asked for help, and instead, got this. We had a meeting every friday, and when I informed them that all of my accounts were up to date, with all of my tasks done, I asked what else I needed to be doing. They could not answer, and instead focused on saying a mug I had brought in was innapropriate (it had the word sh*t on it). Now at this job, you will hear people curse like sailors, extremely loudly and at all times. Also, dont expect any understanding if you are mentally ill, and if you report homophobic and racial slurs to HR, nothing will be done about it. They wanted to run me out and make me quit because I was the youngest member of the team, and I couldnt understand the job in less than 3 months. When I handed in my resignation letter, I got no response from my team lead, my manager, or my coworkers. Only HR informing me to come pick up my things. CSR's are told to lie to customers daily as well, as we cannot tell them what's really happening at our plants. DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH

Pros

401k match and the sales and marketing department will give you food. There are good employees there. Real people who care for those who care for them.

Cons

VAX MANDATE (I’ll be the first to stay it). They also bullied and threw money at people to get vaccinated. Then if you weren’t, I hope you like your second class citizenship/employee status. There is no work from home flexibility. Do not let them trick you. They took it away from the current employees. This job can be done at home. They may allow you to work from home, but it will be treated like carrot on a stick. Do you love you family? Well upper management will make you feel bad for working from home to take care of your loved ones. I don’t really think managers bragging about how little maternity leave they took us a welcoming sign for any women planning on starting a family. Sales and marketing wasn’t very flexible when it comes to kids. Life happens and your employees are human. Show some humanity. Employees are forced to use vacation time to go see a doctor and take care of themselves. I did did leave during the “great resignation”, BUT I decided I wasn’t going to sell my soul and life for money. I took a pay cut just to get out. Your salary mill benefits are trash. Very high deductible for single and family. If you want to work for the mill, go union. Benefits are better, you have Representatives to stand up for you, pay is way more annually. The benefits package is better too. Cliff’s goes back and forth on policies for salary employees. Sales and marketing has job titles tiers, but no concrete guidelines on what is needed for each titles. It’s a popularity contest for management. The CEO says he cares for his employees, but would think of pushing you in front of a coil car for $$$.
