      Pros

      The CEO has great expectations and big ideas. He is taking the Company to new and great heights. This is a massive departure from the old AK Steel management.

      Cons

      Its hard for management and for the union to shake the old ways under AK Steel. It will come with time. So far, things look very promising for the Company and its employees.

      Money is decent, they say they're trying to get away from the AK stigma, but nothings really changed.

      Cons

      Swing shift, Incompetent management, Forced Overtime, Understaffed, the list goes on and on cons definitely outweigh the pro's.
