All employees are trained throughout the organization to exhibit a working knowledge of our safety polices and procedures. Our organization has a clear definition of the desired safety culture we strive to achieve daily and we have regular communication throughout the organization on safety policies and procedures. Our leadership and managers spend an adequate amount of time making sure all employees place safety as their number one priority. Leadership and our managers view safety as an investment, not a cost, so we correct any discovered safety issues immediately.
