At our Princeton Mine, we take pride in hiring the best talent in the coal industry and strive to be the safest and most conscientious employer in the industry. Our senior and local management teams combined have centuries of experience in the coal industry – from surface mining to plants and loadouts, in both continuous miner super sections and pillar sections. Some of our managers have worked at mines that utilize both longwall and continuous miner mining methods and we view that diverse experience as advantageous.
