co-workers are friendly the benefits are solid some flex when it comes to schedules

Cons

most places are dirty, greasy, or just old Upper management are is always beating you down lack of communication lack of guidance and directions 99% of the time most of the workforce is older workforce is lacking in size

Benefits are amazing They pay for 100% of your masters 3 weeks of vacation and no sick days as you start Health insurance is great Food in the cafeteria is pretty good

Cons

- Mostly white males are in charge - Not interested in developing their workforce - Do not listen to employees - Younger generations aren't respected and are often made fun of - When they do an employee survey, their response to things the employees don't like are actually only justifying why they can't make things better - They promote based on seniority - Computer systems are archaic and will not give you any experience in new technology to advance your career - They don't have maternity leave - They don't do many social events for the employees - The steel mill culture of being brash and vulgar spills over to headquarters too

Cliff's Natural Resources had a great family culture and open communication. The company allowed an employee to really grow and learn.

Cons

The lack of progressive flexible work options and poor management were two areas that Cliff's could have improved on.
