Pros

Pay and benefits package is by far the best around. On paper, the work force is treated well. Monthly bonus program and profit sharing help a bunch.

Cons

Management has unreal expectations of crews. I believe that maintenance crews need to really FIX problems rather than put band aids on. Management system is messed up. Can be as many managers as operators, many of which have a real disconnect with those getting dirty.

Pros

Some good people there or at least there was when I served. Worked together as a team to get things done. enjoyed the time.

Cons

After 7+ years thought I had long-term prospects. I was part of many Involuntary separated, was deeply heart broken & immensely disappointed. Little diligence done in organising who was being separated. Some with inadequate capability ended up staying. This was picked up by a group of us and was especially strong in HR & IT. If you had friends in the right place your were OK (Band Management)

Great benefits, great salary, Acoomodations are very comfortables and the food is good quality
