Generous pay and benefits. Good coworkers and work experience.

Cons

Challenging business due to iron ore commodity cycle. Cliffs has a long history of employee downsizing every few years. It was sad to see the few employees with tenure being let go - some a year or two shy of collecting retirement benefits they worked a career to achieve.
