      Pros

      Union has made the job more livable and safe to perform. Guaranteed vacation time and 401k and Pension

      Cons

      Management is hard to deal with. Too many engineers put into business management positions with no sense of direction. Most are just yes men.

      Pros

      The corporate office is downtown Cleveland which has many perks, places to eat things to do. Thats about it.

      Cons

      None that I saw in the 3+ years I worked there. Contractors take the abuse form current employees and are fores to work O/T to do THEIR job. May occasions employees are drunk at lunch, have emotional breakdowns when requited to do work, One employee got so drunk during a Xmas party they had to be carried out. Multiple times Crying, slander and truth embellishment are conveyed to upper level manager mend and both sides are never heard.
