Pros
This is a really good place to work. They've done great things since AK sold to them. The management is interested in doing a good job and the union is very easy to work with. Benefits and bonus potential are also really great.
Cons
Swing shift for many positions, Senior management is often involved rather than letting the plant level handle it.
