      Pay is good, yet micromanagement isn't worth the Stress

      Pros

      The pay is a lot higher than other hospitals in the area. Co-workers are fun to work with and Helping Patients.

      Cons

      The point system is very strict. No sick days for you or your family. If your even one minute late clocking in you get a point, yet the managers who are salaried dont have to swipe in are late every day. Your the one the patients yell at when their doctor walks in 30 minutes late. Doctors and PAs can be very mean and talk down to you.

      Pros

      Benefits and ability to have multiple locations to bid on after being on current position for 1 year. Being apart of one of the largest employers in the area. Resources of information provided to you to do your job.

      Cons

      A LOT of back stabbing and office drama across the board no matter what location you go to..people keep a lot of negativity going all the time. Throughout my almost 10 year career went through several locations/department had enough..left...came back after 4 years hoping a different location would be more positive..NOT...same drama from day one. I'm convinced its not your job description..its they people you work with that makes this a very toxic place to work. So sad. World Class care begins with World Class Caregivers caring of fellow employees. You find yourself staying and tolerating the crap just for job security.
