Historically, Clever Devices has had a very low attrition rate which we attribute to the passion and rewarding work you referred to. 2022 has been a challenge for many companies. And while our attrition rate has been higher in 2022 than in past years, we are still well below the average attrition rate for the tech sector. We have had to shift course on many things including how we communicate, how we manage priorities and how we support our customers. Very early in the pandemic, short term and temporary compensation adjustments were made to help keep our teams employed while we waited for our clients to restart projects. We understand and appreciate the sacrifices our employees made and the burden this put on everyone. However we have come through even stronger than before.
