I have worked with many IT companies before but here are few of the BEST things I want to highlight after spending around 2 years in Click: 1) Work Life Balance 2) Onsite Opportunities 3) Projects Ownership 4) Good Salary 5) Opportunity to learn new technology and troubleshooting methods. 6) New Employee training Modules are fantastic. 7) And ofcourse there are other things too. Free Cabs, Free Lunch Buffet, Evening Snacks. Dinner and shift allowances. 8) Good bonus and Appraisals

- Some nice people, the others are too involved in politics. - Working hours are quite comfortable, do your 9 daily hours and leave. You can also work from home and you have a lot of free time during work hours (also a con). - You get a yearly bonus, which is nice but on the other hand, salaries aren't too high.

- Was bought by investment company which resulted in firing a lot of good people. The rest just left so only very few good people left. - Technology is outdated, still using old tools, technology and development methods. - Engineers aren't too professional (the good ones left) and the company doesn't invest in their career and professionalism. The result is that nobody cares. - Work is not challenging. - You have a lot of free time during work. It might be a good thing when you have to take care of your personal business but most of the time it's just boring. - Lots of politics resulting in many promotions for the wrong people. You have to suck up to advance. - Salaries aren't high, not even average of what's going on today. - There is no culture at all, no meetups, 1 company event per year (and a poor one!), no goodies like on other companies (sometimes we feel lucky to have coffee and tea).

If you in other teams than Support. You will get 9 to 6 timings plus good recognition and incentives. Good Environment for people not in support team. Free lunch, snacks and other office activities.

Make sure to drop your resignation after getting the quarterly bonus or else they will not give you your bonus even if you have worked full quarter. Management can fire you and your team at any point of time. I've seen this personally.

Career spoiler, company only focus on click product not good for fresher. You will be moved out from latest technology and will not able to get basic knowledge that help you to grow in your future. In gugaon people are defined on base of their first impression or your first mistake and than to change image is long time fight. If you look good and smart you will get enough on-site opportunity rest if you are in favourite list. There are some relatives in company be aware from them they pass info inside. People with less knowledge rule major of people (Pricipal architect ), there is long queue of ppl waiting for promotion but company have bottleneck they can not promote to every one. After acquisition both bonus and increment are just joke. I think click Gurgaon need one senior at top, one person decesion are effecting.

Good Environment for those who are not in the support team. Free lunch, snacks, and other office activities. If you're in teams other than support, you'll be lucky enough to get the 9 AM to 6 PM timings plus good recognition and incentives.

No new learning. Work experience here is of no use. No place for talented and creative employees. No Job security. Biased management. Make sure to drop your resignation after getting the quarterly bonus or else the HR will simply decline to give your bonus amount because of improper terms and conditions. Management can fire you and your team at any point of time. I've seen this personally. India office management is not good, you have to face a lot of politics here.
