Pros
1. Well, the product is really really great. It makes customer service fun, because nearly everyone writing in loves the product.
2. Leadership is obviously very talented, and I've learned a lot even in just two months
3. Free lunches 3 times per week :)
4. Unlimited snacks and LA CROIX
5. Love the ability to work remotely when I feel like it
