Cross functional collaboration: Easy to coordinate with People Ops, IT, Hiring, and Managers without losing context. Flexible customization: Custom fields and views can match how People teams think (cohort, start date, region, program type, etc.). Better reporting and handoffs: Easier to see what is blocked, what is pending, and what is done, especially across multiple hires or initiatives.
