      Pros

      CU is such an amazing place to work! The people are all awesome. Leadership encourages and pushes people to grow and follow their passions. I've never been at a company where I felt so valued as an employee. The growth potential is also so unique.

      Cons

      Not too sure of any real cons. It is still a start up so there are some growing pains - but that is also part of the challenge and reward.

      Pros

      ClickUp is truly an incredible place to work. Their core values are no joke, and present everywhere within the company, from product to people to strategy. I can honestly say that I enjoy working with every member on my team, and have never had an interaction with another department that wasn't enjoyable. For me, enjoyable means fun, informative, efficient. I am also very aware that my managers are fully invested in my growth. They not only motivate me to perform past my best, but they provide the resources and direction to do so. Additionally, I love the product itself. It is accessible to anyone who wants to improve their standards of efficiency.

      Cons

      If there are any cons, I don't believe they are brought on by the company. I bring my whole self into my work, so sometimes it feels like there aren't enough hours in the day to accomplish what I set to do. There are optional OT hours, but I recognize that my "to-do" list is never going to end so it is very important to keep boundaries with work hours.
