Pros
If you are looking for a boring monotonous 8-5 job then working here is definitely not for you.
Flexibility to work remotely as needed. I’d much rather be in the office anyways. Plentiful snacks, drinks, cold brew and kombucha on tap?! What more could you ask for.
Witnessing and contributing to the growth of ClickUp this past year has been an exhilarating experience. Having worked in the hospitality industry for a number of years and another startup in customer satisfaction, ClickUp clients are a dream. Most are writing in with praise and enthusiasm for the product. Don’t get me wrong though, working here is a challenge and there’s no room for slacking off or you won’t be able to keep up with the everchanging product. The opportunity for growth in many different departments is achievable as long as you put in the hard work/passion. I am happy and relieved to say I can rely on all my teammates to get sh*t done. And if we can’t, then see ya. Take a look at our core values.
The culture is still evolving as we grow but we have regular outings and lunches together. The CEO is brilliant, fun, professional and cares immensely about his creation - ClickUp and the team. The VP is also extremely intelligent, works night and day I really don’t know how he does it. He majored in Nuclear Engineering and switched paths. Even though he is so busy he makes sure to set aside time with everyone regularly. This all trickles down to the employees. Having used Asana at my previous company, ClickUp blows them and other similar platforms out of the water!!
This is a company that I am totally invested in and plan to be with for many years to come.
Cons
No Unlimited Vacation (maybe we’ll get there one day)
