      More growth than anywhere I've ever worked

      Pros

      The work isn't always easy, but it's always interesting and important. I wouldn't have it any other way. The business goals and growth rates are off the charts - This pushes everyone to learn and communicate faster than anywhere I've seen before. Everyone is on the same page with goals and learning opportunities.

      Cons

      This job isn't for the faint of heart, but I don't see it as much of a "con"

      Pros

      1) Every day is interesting. I've never gotten bored as there's always more to do and learn 2) Lots of growth potential (well I'm coming from a larger company where it took years to move up in the hierarchy). Here, you can move up really quickly. 3) Smart and energetic team. Everyone is just on a similar wavelength as far as the company goes - we all want to see this succeed. It's motivating to see how fast we are growing. 4) Exceptional leadership and CEO

      1) Not much structure, coming from a large company that took some getting adjusted to 2) Lots of work :)

      The leadership team at ClickUp empowers you to do great work and grow into a better person. I loved coming into work each day to contribute to their mission. +the transparent and involved leadership +productive product for making the world a better place +awesome customers +unlimited room for career growth

      I wish the would open up an office in Austin so I could keep the ride going!
