      Company culture is huge and everyone is working to help build the machine! Everyone will go out of their way to help their peers and are dedicated to creating a great company culture, fun work environment, and successful business

      It's a hustle culture, if you don't want to work hard don't apply. Tough interview process

      Collaborative environment. Smart people. A product that is growing and gaining in popularity. Strong leadership and an opportunity to grow as a professional in a very fast-paced company.

      Cons

      There is still much to be figured out and it is a windy road to get there. If you're not comfortable or adaptable to change this is not the place for you.
