Pros
Joined ClickUp last fall and it was the best choice I could have ever made for my career. Before joining ClickUp, I had no reason to seek a new job opportunity other than being bored, and ClickUp proved to be the exact opposite experience. The office, leadership, benefits, perks, and culture are all 9/10 as there is always room for improvement and no company is perfect. Be prepared to work hard but fear not, there's a never-ending fountain of motivation and incentive surrounding you if you join ClickUp.
Cons
It is a startup so one must not expect a standard 9-5 workday. You do need to put in the time and effort if you want to succeed at ClickUp, but it's worth it and then you are surrounded by a team of hard workers and are guaranteed to learn A LOT.
