Pros

Work from home pack Benefits are fairly decent

Cons

Company has hired a lot recently and most people dont know their role in the company so some tasks can take longer than you would imagine. Targets are high for salespeople and some managers are very boased with certain staff

Pros

Great product concept with strong potential. Rigorous hiring process gives the impression of a high-performance culture.

Cons

HR leadership shows little empathy or people-focus; interactions feel cold and transactional. Company branding promotes a fun, energetic culture, but the internal experience can feel disconnected and soul-less. Asynchronous training was overwhelming, with minimal guidance and interaction from trainers. High turnover driven by product complexity, unclear expectations, and management's lack of empathy or support. Onboarding experience is isolating and disorganized, making new hires feel disengaged early on.

Pros

Incredibly fast moving, engaging work, and plenty of opportunities to make a big splash if you're willing and able. But you'll need to be vocal about your ideas as you're surrounded with very similarly driven people!

Cons

Its pros are sometimes its cons. The fast paced work is definitely not for everyone and almost everyone I know around me experiences some level of burnout. But these are usually self-imposed (everyone is highly motivated to do excellent work) and leadership is very encouraging about taking breaks whenever.
